Here's a taster of the type of cuisine Bit Me serves: From the New Zealand coast line, fresh Snapper ceviche w/aromatics of pickled cucumber, vine ripened tomatoes, candy capsicum, native coconut cream & Maori herbs & native spices topped w/dehydrated salt, coconut sugar, and wild eatable flowers.
This recipe is inspired by Craig's heritage and love of New Zealand's coasts – east coast to west coast.
